Appraisal report is in!

Well, the appraisal report arrived today soooo maybe the closing date will be closer than previously expected! ? Hhmmmm maybe.

Well, Here are some before pics of the house.

This is the front hall, looking at the front door. Too the left is the dining room.

This is the dining room. The carpet is in really good condition so I will keep it until I TRULY find what I want in a wood floor.

Tomorrow I will post the living area and the kitchen!
